What we do

- Having experience working cross industry sectors equips us with the expertise to understand audit requirements that exists in certain sectors such as Financial Services.
- We also have expertise working on embedding correct PMO governance on failing programmes to nurture them back to full health and deliver your ROI!
How we work
Our PMO services are available on a interim basis to help you deliver against your PMO objectives. We provide consultancy against your requirements but also support you with embedding any changes and provide training where required.
We agree a milestone based statement of work in advance so both parties are clear on expected deliverables and are consultants have a clear scope of work.
We typically engage in work between 3 to 18 months in duration.
Our fees are competitive and typically less than one of the big four consulting firms or agencies that add a margin.
As a small company we can mobilise quickly to support you on your journey.
As consultants we don’t require the same overhead requirements as permanent employees i.e., no training requirements, access to staff car parks, performance appraisals & Christmas party attendance etc. We come fully equipped to provide our services to you and depart once we have completed our agreement.

PMO Support – Do you have a large change programme and need a PMO professional to provide set up & support then transition the knowledge into BAU teams? We will provide the necessary support to ensure your programme delivers safely. We provide peace of mind and transparency.
